When you print BICP in a 6×9 volume, the pages aren’t quite tall enough, so there’s extra space along the top/bottom. The first time I tried printing BICP, chapter-by-chapter back in 2012, I decided to fill that space with bonus art.

That’s right, one tiny bonus illustration for every. single. page.

No wonder I fell behind so quickly.

Since the original chapters 1-4 are no longer in print, here are some of my favorite mini-bonuses.

(The 2018 print volumes have a standard frame/border graphic filling out every page. Less distracting for the reader, doesn’t take ages to produce, and I can have Photoshop auto-add them to every page in one go.)
